climate, chosen for their low need of water to limit watering.<br \/>\nMains watering is limited, and the sparse water need is supported by stored rainwater.<br \/>\nThe planted beds are mulched with pruned and crushed plants to limit the need for watering and the growth of weeds.<\/p>\n<p>The maintenance of the garden and the forest generates wood, branches and green waste. The wood is used to heat the house thanks to a wood boiler, and incidentally for the barbecue. Transport is thus limited thanks to the proximity of the spring.<\/p>\n<p>We do not use hazardous cleaning products containing chlorine, such as bleach. We use a maximum of organic products for dish washing, laundry, cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is treated by salt hydrolysis, without chlorine.<\/p>\n<p>Let's also avoid food waste! The menus of the table d'h\u00f4tes are validated with you before their preparation.
